INSURANCES ACCEPTED: We accept most major insurances.

REFFERALS: Your insurance may require a referral from a primary care physician (PCP) in order for you to see a specialist. Your insurance may also require pre-certification of office or outpatient services. As a courtesy, our office will make every reasonable effort to obtain these referrals and pre-certifications for you.

MEDICAL RECORDS: There are three parts to treating cancer. First is to make diagnosis. To confirm a diagnosis of cancer, biopsy is needed. This needs to be reviewed by pathologist to determine if cancer cells are present. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, next step is to know extent of cancer (Staging). This may include scans. The treatment recommendations are based on type of cancer and its stage. We try to obtain medical records, test reports prior to your visit. This way we can make recommendations regarding treatments and start treating your cancer at the earliest. Your signed consent is required to get your medical records. Our staff will work with you through this process.

Our staff schedules your follow-up visits, treatment visits etc. Always be sure to see the receptionist before leaving.
